Save the ticket
If you travel using ordinary public transport, you pay for the ticket and save it. You will find “Patient travel calculation” forms at the health centre. You fill this in and send it to the Patient Travel Unit, together with the treatment receipt and travel ticket.

Travel using a monthly travelcard
There is no reimbursement for occasional journeys using a monthly travelcard.

Exception: However, reimbursements can be made for travel using a monthly travelcard or other season ticket if the card costs the county council less than the purchase of individual tickets.
